What is the KegBus?The KegBus is DC’s Premier Party bus. Our fleet of customized school buses are complete with bar area, bathrooms, stereo systems and custom seating for up to 38 people. You have all the amenities of a limo without the hassles. You can stand up and walk around or dance if you feel like it. It’s a great way to celebrate with friends or travel to special events such as concerts and sporting events. Even trips to Atlantic City are possible on the KegBus! Make sure to check our events page for things going on in the DC area. Back to TopHow do I get on the KegBus and how much does it cost?The Kegbus operates like a limousine, by the hour. Prices vary depending on the bus and we are always running specials, so contact us for a price quote. For all day and special events, please give us a call and we discuss options for you and your group. People have even taken Kegbus out of state! We have dedicated professionals that will work with your group and help make your event a success. Back to TopOnce I have made a Reservation, how and when will it be confirmed?If you book online, you will receive an e-mail response within 24 hours either confirming your date or asking for an alternative date if your requested date is not available. If you need instant KegBus gratification, just give us a call at 202-558-0270. Please check the dates/times for any errors and notify us by phone or e-mail if any changes need to be made. Back to TopHow far in advance must we book the KegBus?We accept reservations up to a year in advance. Fridays and Saturdays are the busiest nights so don’t wait until the last minute. KegBuses are booked on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations are guaranteed via credit card. Reserve the Kegbus early! Back to TopHow do I pay for KegBus?Credit cards are used to guarantee the reservation. You have the option to pay by cash, Visa, AMEX, or MC when KegBus arrives for your event. Back to TopAre there any hidden costsNo way! There will be no “road taxes” as seen with many other limo companies. All fees are disclosed upfront. Back to TopDo you have a refund policy?All reservations cancelled after they have been confirmed are subject to a cancellation fee. If for some mechanical reason, act of God, etc. the Kegbus is not available for you evening, you will have the option to reschedule. If for any reason you or a member of your group is asked to leave the bus due to behavior that is offensive or ILLEGAL, you will not receive a refund. This means no throwing beer bottles at school children from the KegBus! Back to TopIs there a keg or alcohol included in my rental?No, the KegBus absolutely cannot provide any alcohol whatsoever! Customers can bring beverages of their choice within the provisions of state and local laws. Tapped kegs are not allowed in moving vehicles in the state of Virginia. Back to TopCan I bring my own alcohol?The Kegbus operates like a Limousine; you can bring beverages of your choice for you and your group. Please make sure to check state and local laws regarding the consumption and transportation of alcohol for the areas the KegBus will travel thru during your trip. We are NOT responsible for rider behavior that is deemed illegal during the trip. Back to TopWhat should I bring?Digital cameras are always good as your KegBus voyage is sure to be memorable. Music, your choice of CD’s, MP3 players or an iPod is a good idea. We have connections to the KegBus stereo for each. As with any service, we are not responsible for items left on the buses at the end of the night. Back to TopWhat is included in the KegBus Rental?The KegBus rental includes the Kegbus, a Professional driver, and we offer a party host as an option. You will also have access to an extensive list of partner bars and clubs, at certain locations with no cover and no waiting in line! For special events we can arrange table service and other VIP packages with advance notice. Back to TopHow many people can the KegBus hold?Depending on which KegBus, the seating can range from 10 to 38 people. Our vehicles are designed to have a social atmosphere and do not have traditional bus seating arrangements. The capacities listed on the buses page are recommended numbers. Depending on the group, you may be able to fit more or less. Back to TopWhere can we go on the KegBus?Anywhere you want! We are at your disposal, no set schedules here. Go to 1 or as many different bars as you like. Most of our guests actually have more fun in the KegBus than in the bar itself…… Make sure to check out our packages for ideas! Back to TopIs there a bathroom?Yes, Yes, and Yes. This is one of our many great features that distinguish us from run-of-the-mill limousines. All of our buses have bathrooms onboard. What is the worst part of tailgating? Answer: Waiting in line in the parking lot for a bathroom. KegBus takes all the hassles out of attending a major event or a night on the town. Back to TopHow old do you have to be to ride the KegBus?Since KegBus can be used for so many different types of events that there is no age restriction. However, if ANY alcohol is present on the KegBus every person must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid photo ID. Our site uses SSL encryption from our servers to your browser ensuring safe communication of your personal information. We do not and will not EVER sell you personal information or email address to ANYONE. KegBus hates SPAM as much as you do!
